Requesting a Transcript
Colleges and universities, as well as many scholarship agencies, usually require official transcripts of grades to be sent from the high school. If you need to send an official transcript, complete the Transcript Release Authorization electronic form below for each school or agency.

Please allow at least two weeks for the transcript to be received by the school or scholarship agency. While we make every attempt to send them shortly after they are requested, it may take a few weeks for the school information to be completed or for the college or university to process the transcripts in their offices.
These colleges and universities do not require official transcripts for high school seniors, so you do not need to request that they be sent. You will self-report grades on their applications.
