General Responsibilities:
 
The Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Instruction is responsible for implementation of programs relating to teaching and learning including curriculum, instruction, assessment and staff development.   In addition, the Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Instruction assists with the selection and assignment of instructional personnel, the coordination of special curriculum-related projects, and the supervision of technology services, including the development of the master schedule and oversight of the student data management system.  The Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Instruction is also involved in the Instructional Improvement/Personnel Evaluation program, observing non-tenured teachers, tenured teachers, and program directors.  The Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Instruction reports directly to the Principal and assists the Principal in the overall operation of the school.

General Responsibilities:
 
The Assistant Principal for Student Affairs is responsible for the supervision of student events, activities, and behavior, as well as the coordination of the student support system, which includes discipline-related functions and pro-social skill development initiatives.  In addition, the Assistant Principal for Student Affairs is in charge of all aspects of safety and security in the building, including oversight of the Crisis Plan and disaster drills, the scheduling and supervision of building operations, the selection and development of security personnel, and the coordination of annual projects and events.  The Assistant Principal for Student Affairs reports directly to the Principal and assists the Principal in the overall operation of the school.

General Responsibilities: 
 
The Assistant Principal for Athletics is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Athletic Department. The Assistant Principal for Athletics provides administrative leadership in planning, scheduling, coordination, supervision, and implementation of athletic programs for the high school.  In addition, the Assistant Principal for Athletics is responsible for the financial management of the Athletic Department, provides recommendations for the selection and assignment of athletic personnel, evaluates personnel and interscholastic athletic programs, and maintains the athletic website.  The Assistant Principal for Athletics promotes extracurricular athletic activities that cultivate skill development, understanding and appreciation of sport and team, as well as sportsmanship for students.  The Assistant Principal for Athletics reports directly to the Principal and assists the Principal in the overall operation of the school, which includes the formal observation and evaluation of certified staff.

General Responsibilities:

The Assistant Principal for Student Services is responsible for the implementation of programs related to academic decision making,  postsecondary planning and opportunities, and social emotional support for students and families at RB. This includes coordinating incoming freshmen registration, overseeing the MTSS problem-solving teams and interventions, and planning and coordinating annual department events and parent nights. Additional responsibilities include developing and building the master schedule as well as overseeing all state testing, Data Processing, the West 40 Tapestry program, and is the 504 Coordinator.  The Assistant Principal for Student Services reports directly to the Principal and assists the Principal in the overall operation of the school.
