ParentSquare & StudentSquare
What are ParentSquare and StudentSquare?
ParentSquare (for families and staff) and StudentSquare (for current RBHS students) is a unified communications platform that will enable Riverside Brookfield High School to streamline the number of tools it uses to communicate with parents/guardians, students, staff, and the community.
Here's what you can do with ParentSquare and StudentSquare:
- Receive information from the school via email, text, phone call, or mobile app notification
- Two-way messaging with translation between staff and families/students
- Choose to receive information as it comes, or all at once at 6 p.m. daily (please note that this option does not apply to emergency messages)
- Communicate in your preferred language
How do ParentSquare and StudentSquare work?
ParentSquare and StudentSquare automatically generate an account for each parent and student, using the primary email address and phone number in your Skyward account.
If you do not remember the email address you used, please contact the main office, and they can provide it. We encourage parents and students to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified.
Activate Your Account
- To log into your account, check your email for an activation link, download the app via the links on this page, or go to the ParentSquare website at ParentSquare.com/signin.
- Enter your email listed in your Skyward account.
- You will be prompted to create a password.
- Once you have created an account, you can choose your notification preferences for general announcements & messages.
- You can choose to receive district and school communication via Email, Text, and/or App Notification.
- Each notification can be configured to send Instantly, via a Digest (daily at 6 p.m.), or None (turn off Email, Text, or App Notifications)
- You may also configure your preferred language.
- Note: Emergency alerts cannot be turned off.

Download the FREE ParentSquare or StudentSquare app for iOS or Android.
While it is not necessary to use the mobile app in order to stay up to date with communications, we highly recommend that you do this in order to have the best experience. See below for the QR codes to easily install the app on your phone today!
