PACK THE PLACE IS ALMOST HERE!

This  Wednesday night  at 6pm in the main gym,  our Special Olympics  basketball team  takes  on Lyons  Township. You don' t want  to miss out  on  a great game, a  huge  crowd and  a Chipotle  burrito!!  One  of  a kind Tshirts  will be  on sale Tuesday and  Wednesday in the  café  during lunch.  Also, at lunch you can throw in a dollar  and  you get a  raffle ticket for  a chipotle  burrito to be  given out  at the game.  See you tomorrow night!

FRENCH WEEK IS GOING ON

remember to enter your Tuesday puzzle by 3:30pm for a prize. Meet after school to sample the food contest and vote on your favorite. Also come and watch our students do their French presentations in Room 201 on the second floor and in the Art Gallery. All are welcome.

ATTENTION FCCLA MEMBERS your fundraising money is due to Ms. Brenner or Ms. Martinez by the end of the day!

ALL BADMINTON PLAYERS there will be no conditioning after school this week.

ANY BOY INTERESTED IN BEING ON THE SWIM TEAM should come to the team meeting Thursday right after school at the pool.

STUDENTS, THIS IS AN ATTENDANCE CHALLENGE WEEK

Lunch Periods with 94% or higher overall attendance will be awarded music and will receive a raffle ticket as they walk in the cafeteria for prizes on Friday. This Thursday 11/19 we will hold another Heat Wave. There will be a raffle prize drawing for students who arrive on time to their 1st period class on Thursday.

Students who are awarded a heatwave buck will need to place it in the Heat Wave Locker to have a chance at winning a raffle prize.

TRAVEL-STUDY IN BELIZE this Spring Break is a go!

This trip will feature fieldwork fun with rainforest conservation and reef ecology--including over 20 hours working with dolphins!

The deadline to enroll is November 24th, so if interested, please email or stop in to see Mr. O'Rourke in rm. 268 soon.

OUR COLLEGE KICK OFF NIGHT

for juniors & parents is on Tuesday, December 1st at 7:00 PM in the auditorium. A panel of college admissions experts will provide you with a number of helpful planning tips for the college search process. Please don't miss this very informative night. Please contact your counselor with any questions.
