Common but not direct identifiers of someone who may be suicidal are lost of interest, increase use of substances, sleeping too much or too little, withdrawn from activities, isolating from loved one, speaking to others that they have no reason to live, being a burden to others, mentioning death, experiencing unbearable pain. If you or someone you know identify with these markers, know you are not alone. If you need immediate help call 988.
