STUDENT ASSOCIATION

Get excited Bulldogs! The annual Pop Tops Collection begins Monday!  Please bring in your clean, aluminum pop tops. Just last year, the Ronald McDonald House raised a total of $86,000 just from pop tops! One small pop top can make a huge difference! All donations can be dropped off in either Mr Dybas Room #211 or Ms Ziola’s Room #215.  THANK YOU!

BULLDOGS FOR LIFE

Bulldogs for Life will meet after school on Tuesday in Room 131. All are welcome.

GSA

Today, we celebrate the day of NO silence! Here are ways you can show your support. If you hear an anti-LGBTQ+ comment or joke, speak up and explain why such comments or jokes are harmful and offensive. Integrate inclusive language into your regular everyday conversations. Stand up for LGBTQ+ issues in every aspect of your life — even if there are no LGBTQ+ people there to watch. Today and every day, we use our voices to stand up for what is right!

ACT INFORMATION

Attention all freshman, sophomore, and junior students: You will be taking the digital ACT and PreACT exams on Wednesday, April 9th. All students are expected to be in their assigned rooms before 8:00 a.m. on testing day.

It is important that all students are aware of the following:

  1. You must bring your school-issued AND fully-charged Chromebook to the exam. No personal devices will be allowed in the testing room.
  2. Bring a pen or pencil for scratch work. The school will provide scratch paper.
  3. Bring a snack and/or drink for the exam, to be placed under your desk at all times.
  4. Do not bring an internet-enabled device like your cell phone or smart watch. These will be confiscated at the beginning of the exam.

Please see Mr. Helgeson in room 277 with any questions.

DRESS COLLECTION

This is a quick reminder that we’re collecting dress donations for Dresses for Hope, a charity dress sale benefiting Sarah’s Inn, an organization that supports victims of domestic abuse.

If you have any gently worn or new dresses you no longer need, please drop them off in the donation boxes at the front of the school by Friday.

Every dress makes a difference, and you will make $10 per dress that is sold, so please spread the word. Thank you for your support!
