STUDENT ASSOCIATION
Calling All Changemakers, Idea Architects, and Future Leaders!
The Student Association is your launchpad! It's not just about planning pep rallies (though, let's be honest, those are pretty fun). It's about:
- Amplifying Student Voices because Your opinions matter, and we want to hear them!
- It's about Creating Unforgettable Experiences: From spirit weeks to community service projects, you'll be the mastermind behind events that leave a lasting impact.
- SA is about Developing Real-World Skills: Learn leadership, teamwork, public speaking, and problem-solving – skills that will serve you well in college, careers, and life.
- It's about Building a Stronger Community: Connect with students from all backgrounds, forge lasting friendships, and contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.
- And SA is about Leaving Your Mark: This is your chance to be a part of something bigger than yourself and leave a legacy that future students will appreciate.
Think you've got what it takes? Then we will see you at our next meeting on Wednesday at 7:20 am in the Study Hall Room #223.
ESPORTS The RBHS esports team had a successful day yesterday at the Midwest Battlegrounds finals tournament. Our Super Smash player, Declan, finished top 30% overall, against 64 players from 31 different Illinois high schools. Others on the team played friendly scrims against other schools, talked to college reps, and learned how to build their own PC. Congratulations to the RBHS esports team!
