Congratulations to the Riverside Brookfield High School students who earned accolades in the 2025 National Merit Scholarship Program!
More than 1.3 million students entered the program by taking a Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test, which served as an initial screen of program entrants.
As one of about 16,000 semifinalists, senior Connor Fouts will continue in the competition for one of 6,870 National Merit Scholarships worth an overall total of nearly $26 million. Seniors Aiden Jakubiak, Nathan Kissel, Luna McNally, and Jaymes Segal were named Commended Students in the program by placing among the top 34,000 students in the country.
