Smiling never goes out of style. Today is World Smile Day. Today we encourage you to do an act of kindness and help one person smile. Best Buddies will have a table set up at lunch. Please stop by to find out more.

It's Banned Books Week and RBLibrary is celebrating everyone's right to read. In 2020, the American Library Association tracked 156 challenges where 273 books were targeted. Here are the top 5 most challenged books: #5: The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian by Sherman Alexie; #4: Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson; #3: All American Boys by Jason Reynolds and Brendan Kiely; #2: Stamped: Racism, Antiracism, and You by Ibram X Kendi and Jason Reynolds; and #1: George by Alex Gino. Remember to always stand up for your right to read this week, and every week, by reading and sharing books that you enjoy!
