The Riverside Brookfield Educational Foundation (RBEF) will be hosting its 30th Annual Telethon on Saturday, March 14, 2020, and we are in need of help in a few areas with the priority being the Executive Producer position.
We are looking for a person or people to produce the entertainment portion of the show. This person or team is the Executive Producer of an 8-hour live telethon broadcast. Duties are:
- Secure and coordinate talent/entertainers (both professional and student performers) to fill 8 hours
- Timing out the 8-hour live broadcast down to the minute and confirming times with talent and Gary Prokes
- Secure and coordinate sound, tech/lighting, and stage crews
- Day of the show: directing talent; coordinating performers; directing the film crew; amending the day's schedule if a performer doesn't show up; making sure the performers and crew are taken care of (food, drink, dressing rooms)
- Secure and coordinate talent/entertainers (both professional and student performers) to fill 8 hours
- Timing out the 8-hour live broadcast down to the minute and confirming times with talent and Gary Prokes
- Secure and coordinate sound, tech/lighting, and stage crews
- Day of the show: directing talent; coordinating performers; directing the film crew; amending the day's schedule if a performer doesn't show up; making sure the performers and crew are taken care of (food, drink, dressing rooms)
