main gym available beginning at 6th hour the day of the event. The screen on the stage and the projector setup along with sound and microphone. The podium will be set in the gym closer to the main entrance and 6 folding chairs to be set near entrance. Please have floors swept and bleachers down for this event. 6 testing tables should be placed in front of the trophy cases, and one chair at each table...
