CREATING EXCEL FILE FOR UPLOAD
  • Click the file below to download the template or navigate to the R drive / Infinite Visions
  • General Rules:
  • do not change order of columns
  • do not add or delete columns
  • delete blank rows at the end of the sheet
  • keep the title of the sheet you're using "Sheet1"
  • be sure to save as .xlsx
  • Enter each of your items in the yellow grid
  • Leave the Line Number column as is
  • Complete each column needed B – K
  • Delete any rows not needed below your items including the rules box
  • Save your order in your department drive in a folder to access once creating the requisition in Infinite Visions.
