Attention all juniors, sophomores and freshmen: For All School Testing this coming Tuesday, please remember to bring pencils and calculators with extra batteries to your exams. Also, please note that cell phones usage is entirely prohibited during the exams. Testing begins at 8:00am sharp.

 

A BIG thank you to everyone that has participated in this first week of Earth Month.  Remember, every Monday is MEAT FREE MONDAY with delicious meat free specials and every TUESDAY and THURSDAY is" bike or carpool to school".  Keep collecting your polar bear slips to earn more HERO points and entries to the big raffle at the end of the month!!

 

Art Club and friends are meeting after school on Monday April 9th in the ceramics room to create pottery for our Empty Bowls charity. This event is open to all students interested in helping raise money for local food banks and working with clay. Please join us!

 

Now that you've signed up for the Day of Service on Saturday April 28th, what's your next step?  You MUST turn in a signed waiver in order to participate! They are available in the main office or in Mrs. Young's room, Room 222.  Please turn them in at either of those locations ASAP and receive a one of a kind wristband!

 

ASVAB Test:

If you are a sophomore, junior, or senior and are interested in potentially entering the military after high school, we are offering the ASVAB Test on Thursday, April 12th at 8:00am in the Alumni Lounge. If you would like to sign up, please register with Ms. Englehart in Student Services by Tuesday, April 10th. If you have any questions, please see your counselor.

 

Culver in Lyons and the YMCA of Lagrange is hiring for summer positions. For more information stop in student services.

 

Keep collecting your pops tops for our annual pop top collection and your fifth hour class could win a pizza party!

 

Attention Artists: We are collecting cover designs for the 2018-2019 RBHS Student Handbook. Submit drawing and design entrees to the Art Office in room 249D by next Monday to win a gift card and a published work. Please include your name - good luck!

 

Have you ordered your yearbook yet? Quantities are limited so order now before they sell out! Yearbooks can be purchased in the business office or online at www.jostens.com. The cost is $55. Contact Mrs. Marsh with any questions.

 

"Starting this quarter, NHS tutoring will be available after school Monday through Thursday at the Homework Hangout in the cafeteria. No appointment necessary. See you there for homework help in any subject!"

 

Prom tickets sales will be on Tuesday Thursday and Friday in the bookstore. Prom tickets will be sold for $90.00 each and all school fees must be paid for In advance.
