This week, RBLibrary is participating in the celebration of Banned Books Week.  This is an annual event that celebrates your freedom to read and the values of free speech and open access to information.  Each day this week, we will be sharing a Banned Books fact during the morning announcements.  Today's Banned Books Week fact is that of all the books that are challenged each year, only about 10% of those books are actually banned and removed from public shelves due to those who fight censorship, such as students and librarians.

Yearbook picture retake day is Monday, October 2nd in the Alumni Lounge. This is the last chance for freshmen, sophomores, and juniors to have their pictures taken for the yearbook. Contact Mrs. Marsh with any questions.

There is a Best Buddies meeting on Tuesday during all lunches in room 201
