RB Ping Pong club will be meeting in the atrium after school every Thursday. All are welcome, so come on by​! If you have any questions see Mr. Boyd in room 110.

Anime Club will be meeting after school in room 130. This week we are watching One Punch Man. All are welcome to attend.

 

In the last two weeks, Texas and Florida endured devastating hurricanes, leading many to ask:  how is global warming affecting our lives, really?   The Association of Students for Tolerance wants to talk about the environment in an honest and respectful way.    Tomorrow morning, come to room 234 at 7:15 for AST--the Association of Students for Tolerance--monthly discussion:  How to talk respectfully about our environment.  That's tomorrow morning, 715, room 234... ALL are welcome.

 

ATTENTION SOPHOMORES AND JUNIORS: The deadline to register for the PSAT/National Merit Scholarship exam is fast approaching. Registration closes on Monday, September 18 at 3:05 p.m. Please go to Total Registration for the exam. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Helgeson in room 134.

Do you need homework help? National Honor Society is now offering tutoring four days a week in room 136. Tutoring is before school at 7:30am Wednesdays and Fridays and after school Mondays and Tuesdays. Come get tutored TODAY after school in room 136 and earn a Hero point!

 

The Bulldog Book Club is back! Join us for our first meeting today either before school at 8 am or after school at 3:15  in the library. This is an informational meeting and we will pick our first read of the year. All are welcome and snacks will be provided. See you there!

Attention seniors! Friday, September 15th is your last chance to have a senior portrait taken for the yearbook. Photographers will be in the Alumni Lounge during all lunch periods. Contact Mrs. Marsh with any questions.

  

Homecoming festivities begin next week. To kick off Homecoming week there will be the annual dodgeball tournament this Sunday. Then on Monday the 18th you don't need to worry about getting ready for school that day, because it will be Pajama day!  More on the dress-up theme days to come and we hope you stop by the sports events and activities planned next week.  In addition, we will hold the annual penny pinch all next week in lunches, all proceeds will go to Houston.  

 

Spanish Club will have a meeting next week Monday, September 18, 2017 in room 244 at 7:30AM. We will be choosing our officers, plan out events for the school year and Spanish National Honors Society applications will be given out to students who are interested in applying.
