TODAY IS RB SUICIDE PREVENTION DAY

90% of teens who commit suicide suffer from a mental illness. Take any suicidal talk or behavior seriously. It's not just a warning sign that the person is thinking about suicide—it's a cry for help. Reach out to a family member, teacher, counselor or social worker if you or a friend are experiencing any suicidal thoughts. We all deserve good mental health and happy healthy lives.
