Today’s Book of the Day is The Founders and Early History of Geneva, Kane County, Illinois, written by social studies teacher, Mr. Gibbons.

This work is an account of the founding of both the city and township of Geneva, Kane County, Illinois. It describes events through the end of 1837, and contains biographical information on every adult settler of the township who arrived prior to that time.
