ATTENTION FCCLA MEMBERS
there is a mandatory meeting tomorrow December 2nd at 7:30am. If you can't make it in the morning, you must come to room 158 after school tomorrow at 3:15. YOU MUST COME TO ONE OF THE TWO MEETINGS! Any questions please see Ms. Brenner or Ms. Martinez.

THE RIVERSIDE LIBRARY WILL HAVE A DEDICATED “STUDY BREAK” AREA FOR FINALS
students will be able to enjoy hot chocolate and snacks as they take a break from studying. Having a quiet, dedicated place to study is very important as you prepare for your exams. The space will be “teens only” during the hours of 3:30pm and 7:30pm, beginning Monday December 15th -Thursday December 18th.

Senior Sara Parks. She recommends Life of Pi by Yann Martel. Pi Patel is sixteen and the son of a zookeeper. His family and their zoo emigrate from India to North America aboard a cargo ship. The ship sinks and Pi finds himself in a lifeboat, his only companions a hyena, an orangutan, a wounded zebra, and 450-pound Bengal tiger. Soon the tiger has killed all but Pi.
