SPANISH CLUB

THE RBGSA
will be meeting in Student Services after school today at 3:15.
We will be decorating ornaments for our Zoo Christmas tree. All are welcome.


HEY BULLDOGS
This Wednesday, come to the SA meeting at 7:20AM in room 201. All are welcome to help us with our major upcoming events - Thanksgiving Baskets, Santa Anonymous, and the Coat and Blanket Drive.

ATTENTION AFRICAN AMERICAN CLUB AND GSA MEMBERS:
There will be a combined club meeting on Wed at 3:15 in room 201. We will be discussing a fun special project. All are welcome.


ALL BOYS INTERESTED IN TRYING OUT FOR THE BOYS SWIM TEAM
should attend a meeting on Wednesday, immediately after school. The meeting will take place in the pool balcony. Please contact Coach Fridrych if you are unable to attend.

VETERANS DAY PROGRAM AND SCHEDULE FOR TODAY
•At the end of second hour, all students will report directly to the Main Gym for a short assembly.
•The assembly will be short (10 – 15 minutes) and will include the National Anthem, the Pledge of Allegiance, an introduction of our guest Veterans, and a brief speech on the history of veterans day.
•At the conclusion of the assembly, all students WILL RETURN TO THEIR SECOND HOUR CLASS where the veterans will speak with you..

IN HONOR OF AMERICAN EDUCATION WEEK - RBHS WILL HAVE A STUDENT ESSAY CONTEST (DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO FRIDAY)

Topic: What I Like Best about RBHS

Due: Friday November 14

Requirements: Write an original 250-500 word essay explaining/describing what you most like about RBHS.

Include your name in the upper right corner of this essay, which must be typed, double-spaced and submitted to Mrs. Mollo or Mrs. Kennedy in the main office by Wednesday, November 12. Three winners will be selected and will win a $25, $20 or $15 gift card. Winning essays will be read during the announcements during American Education Week, November 17-21.
