The winter gymnastics season will begin Monday, November 10th at 3:30pm in the Gymnastics room. No previous gymnastics experience is necessary to join the team, only the desire to work hard and improve.

INTERNET SAFETY DAY IS MONDAY, NOVEMBER 3RD - 6TH HOUR
The purpose of this important event is to discuss how to be responsible digital citizens in an online environment. Juniors and seniors will participate in an assembly about securing their digital future, sophomores will attend a presentation about cyber bullying, and freshmen will take part in a hands-on session about creating a positive digital footprint. There will be an altered schedule that day, and you should ask your 6th period teacher which Internet Safety Day session to attend and where to go. A special note for freshmen: Bring headphones and your cell phone to your Internet Safety Day session.

A MESSAGE FROM THE DEAN’S OFFICE
On Halloween tomorrow, students are asked to not wear masks, face paint or any face coverings. Only costume hats may be worn.

IN HONOR OF AMERICAN EDUCATION WEEK - RB WILL HAVE A STUDENT ESSAY CONTEST
Topic: What I Like Best about RBHS
Due: Wednesday, November 12
Requirements: Write an original 250-500 word essay explaining/describing what you most like about RBHS.
Include your name in the upper right corner of this essay, which must be typed, double-spaced and submitted to Ms. Mollo or Ms. Kennedy in the main office by Wednesday, November 12. Three winners will be selected and will win a $25, $20 or $15 gift card. Winning essays will be read during the announcements during American Education Week, November 17-21.


CONGRATULATIONS TO THE RB VARSITY SCHOLASTIC BOWL TEAM
on their two wins versus Timothy Christian yesterday. The team has an undefeated 6-0 record and is led by Captains Chris Olszewski and Monika Janas. The captains were supported yesterday by teammates Marly Santora, Alec Frank, Nick Jepson, David Buksa, Haley Bacanegra, and Remy Doornebos. The team is coached by Mr. Gibbons.
