Due Process

All students who subject themselves to disciplinary action are entitled to due process, including parental appeal, as appropriate under the School Code of the State of Illinois. If a parent wishes to appeal a student suspension, a request for a hearing must be submitted to the Principal in writing or email no later than three (3) business days from the beginning date of the suspension.
