Riverside Brookfield High School is seeking nominations for the Alumni Achievement Award for distinguished alumni. This award strives to identify RB graduates who are recognized for their high level of contribution to society. The recipient serves as a role model and incentive to our current high school students. This award was first presented in 2000 to honor alumni who distinguished themselves through their accomplishments or service in the criteria listed below. 
 
If you would like to submit a nomination, please complete the Google Form linked below. Please make the nominee’s credentials as specific as possible. The committee determines the nominee’s eligibility from the information listed on the form.
 
Please complete the form by December 1, 2026. The committee will review the forms in winter 2027.

Alumni Achievement Award Criteria:
RB graduate (minimum 10 years post-graduation) and must uphold the highest moral and ethical standards, while demonstrating a high level of success or achievements in: 
  • A professional field or career
  • Athletics or the fine/performing arts (post-high school)
  • Government or civic sectors
  • Community service or philanthropic efforts
  • Act(s) of bravery or heroism
