YESTERDAY WAS THE 48th Annual EARTH DAY. IN HONOR OF EARTH WEEK, the Ecology Club will share five simple tips which can make a big difference in protecting our planet for future generations.

TIP #1

The average American diet requires approximately 1,000 gallons of water per person per day.  One McDonald’s quarter pounder requires more water than 30 average U.S. showers. Eating less meat and dairy greatly reduces your water footprint.  Remember today is MEAT FREE Monday in the Cafeteria!
