Des Plaines Valley Region (DVR) is hosting 3 career camps in early June that RB students who are interested, are encouraged to attend. There are camps in Health Careers, Food Sanitation, and Coding. who donated pop tops for our “pop tops for patients” contest. The final numbers are in:
We collected a total of 21.6 pounds of pop tops which is equal to 27,367 individual pop tops. These pop tops will be given to the Ronald McDonald house near Loyola Medical center. The Ronald McDonald House charities recycle the pop tops and use the money to help offset the costs of keeping their houses open. We are now on our way to collecting our new school goal of 2 million pop tops.

TECHNOLOGY HELP DESK
Apply to be part of the first ever technology Help Desk at RB! Next school year, all freshmen will have chromebooks, and the purpose of the Help Desk will be to provide technology support for those freshmen. If you're interested, submit your online application by May 1. Check out the posters in your English classrooms for the link to the online application. If you have any questions or need the application link, stop by the library.
